Yes, NEXAELM can be integrated with any ERP solution. We have successfully integrated it with custom ERPs, Epicor, and many others.

Can DMS and ELM be integrated?

Yes, all of our products are fully integrated. We also offer an integrated bundle called NEXAONE. For a tailored offer, please contact our sales team.

I'm a small business; can I purchase just 3 licenses?

We offer license bundles starting at a minimum of 10 licenses, with multiples of 10 available. For more details or customized offers, please reach out to our sales team.

Are these solutions available as on-premises or cloud-based?

We provide all three deployment options: • On-premises • Cloud-based • Hybrid The choice depends on your specific needs

Do you support Google Cloud?

Yes, we support AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Are there any additional costs beyond the license?

Yes, in addition to the license, there is a one-time implementation fee that covers data migration, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

How long is support provided?

We offer 365 days of free support. After the first year, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is optional and available for purchase.

Will I receive updates for the product?

Yes, you will receive updates. However, we will seek your permission before upgrading the system.

Are there any costs associated with data migration?

Yes, migration is a critical component of any project’s success. We will assess the migration requirements during the discovery phase, and the cost will be calculated based on this analysis. The migration cost will be billed separately.
